Quasi-deuterons in light nuclei

NUCLEAR STRUCTURE ^20,22,24Ne, ^22,24,26,28Mg, ¹²C, ¹⁴N, ^16,18,19,20O, ¹⁸F, ^21,23Ne, ^36,38Ar, ^40,42Ca, ⁴²Sc; calculated pairing correlations for nucleon pairs with isospin T=1 and T=0; deduced significant effects on the resulting energies due to the formation of T=0 pairs, formation of quasi deuterons is maximal for symmetric nuclei with N=Z.
