Three-quasiparticle isomer in ¹⁷³Ta and the excitation energy dependence of K-forbidden transition rates

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁶⁸Er(¹⁰B, 5n), E=68 MeV beam from ANU 14UD tandem accelerator; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, half-lives of isomers by γγ(t) using CAESAR array, and pulsed-beam γ-ray spectroscopy techniques. ¹⁷³Ta; deduced high-spin levels, J, π, bands, 3-qp isomers, reduced hindrance f_ν of K-forbidden transitions, configurations. Systematics of reduced hindrances for transitions from isomers in ^{173,175,177,181,185}Ta, ^179,181,183W and ¹⁸¹Os.
