Ground-State Photoneutron Reactions in ¹⁴C

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁴C(γ, n), E=13.5-28.5 MeV bremsstrahlung; measured photoneutron σ(En), σ(θ), σ(E); deduced dominant E1 absorption. ¹⁴C deduced GDR strength in neutron decay channel, isospin character.
