Comparison with available experimental data; predicted a significant enhancement of Λ production compared with other hyperon production channels through Σ to Λconversions. Relevance to future experiments such as the Short Baseline Near Detector (SBND) and the Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment (DUNE) to observe numbers of hyperon production events.
