NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁹⁶Pt, ²⁰⁸Pb(¹⁸O, ¹⁸O'γ), E=58-75 MeV; measured Coulomb excitation. ¹⁹⁶Pt level deduced quadrupole moment. ¹⁸O level deduced quadrupole moment, B(E2).
