NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁶⁴Dy(α, 2nγ), E=27.5 MeV; ¹⁶⁴Dy(α, 4nγ), E=45 MeV; ¹⁵⁴Sm(¹⁴C, 4nγ), E=62 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ(t), γ(θ), γγ-coin. ^164,166Er deduced levels, J, π, backbending.
