Investigation of the CNO-break-out reaction: ¹⁵O(2p, γ)¹⁷Ne by the Coulomb dissociation of 17Ne

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ²⁰⁸Pb(¹⁷Ne, X), E=500 MeV/nucleon; measured thick target Ep, Ip using drift chambers and large two-layer ToF, reaction fragments mass, charge using scintillation-fibre detectors and two-layer ToF. ¹⁷Ne deduced Coulomb dissociation to ¹⁵O+2p σ.
