Coulomb corrections to inclusive cross sections at the future Electron-Ion Collider

NUCLEAR REACTIONS Au, Ag, Ca(e, X), Q2=0.1-100 GeV2; calculated ratio between the electromagnetic and strong contributions for the inclusive and diffractive cross sections, ratios between the charm and total cross sections, between electromagnetic and strong longitudinal as well as transverse cross sections for inclusive and diffractive interactions; deduced Coulomb contribution to observables for future measurements in electron-ion collider (EIC) experiments, and the probes of QCD dynamics.
