Study of the Threshold Anomaly in the Scattering of Li Isotopes on ²⁷Al

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ²⁷Al(⁶Li, ⁶Li), E=7, 8, 10, 12, 18 MeV; ²⁷Al(⁷Li, ⁷Li), E=6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18 MeV; measured σ(θ). Optical model analysis, several potentials compared. Breakup threshold anomaly discussed.

⁷Li breakup polarization potential at near barrier energies

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ²⁷Al(⁷Li, ⁷Li'), (⁷Li, ⁶Li), E=6-18 MeV; measured elastic and one neutron transfer cross sections and angular distributions. Deduced dynamic polarization potential.
