Cross-section measurements of neutron-induced reactions on GaAs using monoenergetic beams from 7.5 to 15 MeV

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 69Ga(n, 2n)68Ga, 69Ga(n, p)69mZn, 71Ga(n, p)71mZn, 75As(n, 2n)74As, 75As(n, p)75Ge, E=7.5, 8.0, 8.5, 9.5, 10.2, 11.0, 11.5, 12.5, 13.25, 14.0, 14.5, 15.0 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ; deduced half-lives and σ. 27Al(n, α)24Na, 197Au(n, 2n)196Au, E=7.5-14.5 MeV; measured σ and used as monitor reactions. Comparison of measured cross sections with previous data and statistical model calculations based on the Hauser-Feshbach formalism, using the TALYS and the COH3 codes.
