Reanalysis of the 13N(p, γ)14O reaction and its role in the stellar CNO cycle

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 13N(p, γ)14O, E(cm)=0.030-7 MeV; analyzed astrophysical S factor of the proton radiative capture through the experimentally known levels and resonances up to 9.76 MeV; calculated reaction rates at temperatures of 0.01 to 10 GK; deduced parameters of the analytical parametrization, and compared with NACRE II values. Modified potential cluster model (MPCM) of light atomic nuclei. Relevance to conversion of the carbon-nitrogen-oxygen (CNO) cycle to the hot CNO cycle.
