Coulomb excitation of 29, 30Na: Mapping the borders of the island of inversion
NUCLEAR REACTIONS 104Pd(29Na, 29Na'), (30Na, 30Na'), E=2.85 MeV/nucleon; 120Sn(30Na, 30Na'), E=2.85 MeV/nucleon, [secondary 29,30Na beams from U(p, X), E=1.4 GeV primary reaction]; measured Eγ, Iγ, scattered particle spectra, γγ-, (particle)γγ-coin using MINIBALL array, REXEBIS and Penning trap system at REX-ISOLDE-CERN facility. Coulomb excitation, GOSIA analysis. 29,30Na; deduced levels, J, π, B(E2), B(M1), intruder admixtures, island of inversion. 104Pd; deduced level, excitation yield; used for normalizing data for 29Na. Comparison with previous experimental results, and with Monte Carlo shell model calculations.
