Identification of new transitions feeding the high-spin isomers in 139Nd and 140Nd nuclei

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 96Zr(48Ca, 4n), (48Ca, 5n), E=180 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, particle spectra, γγ-, (recoil)γ-coin, γγ(t), isomer half-lives using RITU separator, JUROGAM array, and GREAT spectrometer at JYFL facility. Recoil decay tagging technique. 139,140Nd; deduced high-spin levels, isomers, J, π, bands, multi-quasiparticle configurations. 136Ce, 138Nd; measured γ(t), half-lives of 10+ isomers.
