 90RU c  2019Pa16: {+90}Rh produced from fragmentation of a {+124}Xe beam at
 90RU2c  E=345 MeV/nucleon on a 740 mg/cm{+2} {+9}Be target at RIKEN, Japan.
 90RU3c  Fragments separated by B|r-|DE-B|r method in the first stages of
 90RU4c  BigRIPS and then B|r-TOF-B|r measurements using later stage of
 90RU5c  BigRIPS and the ZeroDegree spectrometer. Ions were implanted in
 90RU6c  WAS3ABi consisting of three double-sided silicon strip detectors and
 90RU7c  ten single-sided silicon strip detectors. Gamma rays were detected
 90RU8c  using the Euroball-RIKEN Cluster Array (EURICA) consisting of 84 HPGe
 90RU9c  crystals arranged in 12 clusters. Measured E|g, I|g, |b spectra,
 90RUac  E(p), I(p), |b|g-coin, |bp-coin, |g|bp-coin, half-life, |b-delayed
 90RUbc  proton emission probability.
 90RH  P 0.0          (0+)              29 MS     3              13.2E3   3
 90RH cP QP$value is from systematics from 2017Wa10. In 2019Pa16, the Q value
 90RH2cP is measured as 13.19 MeV {I+150 -116} from endpoint energy
 90RH3cP measurements.
