69AS c 1988De28: {+69}Se was produced from {+40}Ca({+32}S,2pn).
69AS2c Gammas were detected by Ge(Li)counters with 20% efficiency. Emitted
69AS3c protons were detected with the Si(Au) surface barrier counter with
69AS4c FWHM typically 18 keV for composite |a source of {+239}Pu,{+241}Am,
69AS5c {+244}Cm. Measured |e delayed p, |g, and |b{++}, E|g, I|g, |g|g and
69AS6c p|g coincidences using the recoil transport helium jet technique.
69AS7c Authors assume that all the observed transitions are
69AS8c Gamow-Teller and conclude that the sum over all of them over an
69AS9c energy range of about 6.5 MeV is equal to 0.23 or 7.7% of the sum rule
69ASac limit of 3.
69AS c 1977Ma24: {+69}Se was produced from {+40}Ca({+32}S,2pn) at the
69AS2c Chalk River tandem. Gammas were detected with a Ge(Li) detector.
69AS3c For detection of gammas in coincidence and X-rays, Ge X-ray detectors
69AS4c were used. Measured |e delayed p, |g, and |b{++} spectra, E|g, I|g,
69AS2c and |g|g, |b{++}|g, p|g, pX-ray and |gX-ray coincidences and |a(K)exp.
69AS c Other: 1973Pr12.
69AS cE TI(A)$ From intensity balances. No direct measurements of the g.s.
69AS2cE branch have been made. From a measurement of the annihilation
69AS3cE radiation, 1977Ma24 deduce a g.s. branch of 19% {I12}, and 1988De28
69AS4cE using their revised decay scheme and the annihilation measurement of
69AS5cE 1977Ma24 deduce a g.s. branch of <23% . Both authors
69AS6cE assume J|p({+69}Se g.s.)=3/2-. See 1989Ar13 for a discussion of this
69AS7cE feeding. With J|p({+69}Se g.s.) established as 1/2-, any decay to the
69AS8cE 5/2- g.s. will be negligible (an expected log {Ift} > 12.8 gives
69AS9cE I(|e+|b{++})<2 x10{+-6} %). The evaluator has revised the decay
69ASacE scheme so that the g.s. feeding is zero. The I|g normalization now is
69ASbcE 0.85 {I4} compared with 0.78 {I10} for a g.s. branch of 22% {I10}, and
69ASccE the log {Ift} values for the excited levels are slightly smaller. No
69ASdcE changes in J|p assignments for the {+69}As levels are necessary

69AS2cG been recalculated from the values in 1977Ma24 by 2000Bh05 using the
69AS3cG fluorescent yield from 1972Bb16.
69AS cL E$From a least-squares fit to the E|g data by the evaluator. Levels at
69AS2cL 4649 and above were deduced by 1988De28 from measurements of proton
69AS3cL energy emitted from these levels and the assumption that the proton
69AS4cL feeding is essentially 98.6 % (1977Ma24) to the ground state of
69AS5cL {+68}Ge. A proton separation energy of 3391 {I30} keV was adopted by
69AS6cL 1988De28 for {+69}As and a recoil correction was applied. The levels
69AS7cL have been updated by the evaluator using the current value
69AS8cL S(p)=3420 {I30} in 2021Wa16. These levels have not been included in
69AS9cL the Adopted Levels as none of them are likely to correspond to the
69ASacL gamma decaying levels.
