245ES c 2019Br06: {+249}Md source was produced via {+203}Tl({+48}Ca,2n)
245ES2c reaction at the Accelerator Laboratory of the University
245ES3c of Jyvaskyla (JYFL). Fusion-evaporation residues were
245ES4c separated and selected using the recoil ion transport unit (RITU)
245ES5c gas-filled separator. Separated residues were first detected in a
245ES6c position-sensitive multiwire proportional counter (MWPC) and then
245ES7c implanted into two adjacent double-sided strip detector (DSSDs).
245ES8c Measured energy spectra of subsequent |a decays of residue recoils,
245ES9c recoil-|a-correlations, recoil-|a(t). Deduced |a-decay T{-1/2},
245ESAc and branching ratio.
245ES c 2009He20: Improved decay data from previous experiments by this group.
245ES2c {+249}Md produced in the |a decay chain:
245ES3c {+257}Db |) {+253}Lr |) {+249}Md.
245ES4c {+257}Db was produced by the {+209}Bi({+50}Ti,2n) reaction at the
245ES5c UNILAC accelerator, GSI, Darmstadt. Evaporation residues from the
245ES6c heavy-ion fusion reaction were separated from the projectile beam
245ES7c by the velocity filter SHIP and implanted into a position-sensitive
245ES8c 16 strip Si PIPS detector surrounded six Si-wafers.
245ES9c Measured E|a, I|a, T{-1/2}, and excitation functions.
245ES c 2008Ga25: {+249}Md produced in the |a decay chain:
245ES2c {+257}Db |) {+253}Lr |) {+249}Md.
245ES3c The {+257}Db activity was produced by the {+209}Bi({+50}Ti,2n) and
245ES4c {+208}Pb({+51}V,2n) reactions at 4.7 - 5.1 MeV/nucleon beams of {+51}V
245ES5c and {+50}Ti provided by the 88-Inch Cyclotron at the Lawrence Berkeley
245ES6c National Laboratory. Evaporation residues were separated from the
245ES7c beam and other unwanted reaction products in the Berkeley Gas-filled
245ES8c Separator. The Db recoils were implanted at the focal plane detector
245ES9c consisting of silicon cards that were able to detect the alphas
245ES c 2005He27: {+249}Md was produced in two reactions:
245ES c i) {+209}Bi({+50}Ti,2n){+257m,g}Db |)|a decay |) {+253m,g}Lr |)
245ES2c |a decay |) {+249}Md
245ES c ii){+209}Bi({+48}Ca,4n) {+253m,g}Lr |)|a decay |) {+249}Md
245ES c The experiment was performed at the UNILAC
245ES2c accelerator, GSI, Darmstadt. Evaporation residues from the
245ES3c heavy-ion fusion reaction were separated from the projectile beam
245ES4c by the velocity filter SHIP and implanted into a position-sensitive
245ES5c 16 strip Si PIPS detector. Measured (fragments)|a coin, |a|g coin,
245ES8c prompt and delayed |g rays, K-x rays. A 'Clover' detector was used
245ES9c for |g rays.
245ES c 1985He22: {+249}Md produced in the |a decay chain:
245ES2c {+257}Db |) {+253}Lr |) {+249}Md.
245ES2c {+257}Db was produced by the {+209}Bi({+50}Ti,2n) reaction at the
245ES3c UNILAC accelerator, GSI, Darmstadt. Evaporation residues from the
245ES5c heavy-ion fusion reaction were separated from the projectile beam
245ES6c by the velocity filter SHIP and identified after implantation into an
245ES7c array of position-sensitive surface-barrier detectors by analyzing
245ES8c their |a-decay chains. Measured E|a, I|a, T{-1/2}, branching ratio
245ES9c and excitation functions.
245ES c 1973Es01: {+249}Md was populated in the {+241}Am({+12}C,|a4n) reaction
245ES2c at the Berkeley heavy-ion linear accelerator. Alpha spectrum was
245ES3c measured with a series of Si-Au surface barrier detectors.
245ES4c Measured excitation function, T{-1/2}, E|a, I|a

245ES cA HF$The nuclear radius parameter r{-0}({+245}Es)=1.4945 {I65}
245ES2cA as specified by the user.
245ES3cA The nuclear radius parameter r{-0}({+245}Es) is the unweighted average
245ES4cA of adjacent even-even nuclides r{-0}({+244}Cf) and r{-0}({+246}Fm)
245ES5cA The r{-0}({+244}Cf)=1.4945 {I65} (2020Si16) but evaluator is unable to
245ES6cA estimate the r{-0}({+246}Fm). Hence r{-0}({+245}Cf)=1.4945 {I65}
245ES7cA is used in the estimation of HF.
