229NP cP J$Actinides with A |> 225 are deformed to |j{-2}=0.2-0.3. The last
229NP2cP proton expected to occupy Nilsson orbits |p5/2{+-}[523] or
229NP3cP |p5/2{++}[642], as the ground state. Thus, a ground state spin 5/2
229NP4cP is suggested. Observed in all odd-A Np isotopes with 231 |< A |< 239.
229NP cP T $ From 2000SA52. 4.0 min {I2} from 1968Ha14.
225PA N 0.68 11
225PA c Small hindrance factor of |a-decay indicates same Nilsson
225PA2c configuration of the level as the decaying parent state (2002Sh19)
225PA3c and thus the same spin.

225PA cA E $ Measurement of 2004Sa05, 2000Sa52. Systematics of |a decay energies
225PA2cA (see 1985Wa02) suggests that this |a group feeds either the g.s. or a
225PA3cA low-energy (<70 keV) level in {+225}Pa.
225PA cA IA $ Only one |a group was observed by 2004Sa05, 2000Sa52, 1968Ha14.
225PA cA HF r{-0}({+225}Pa)=1.525 is used in the calculation.
