219AC c 1970Bo13: {+223}Pa activity produced in {+205}Tl({+22}Ne,4n),
219AC2c {+208}Pb({+19}F,4n) and {+209}Bi({+20}Ne,|a2n) reactions. Experiments
219AC3c were carried out using the heavy-ion beams from the Berkeley
219AC4c heavy-ion linear accelerator (HILAC). The reaction products were
219AC5c transported from the reaction cell by the helium-jet technique and
219AC6c their decay was measured with a semiconductor detector.
219AC7c Measured E|a, I|a, excitation functions, half-lives
219AC c 1993AnZS, 1995AnZY: activity produced by fusion reactions and
219AC2c separated using the electrostatic mass separator VASSILISSA. Measured
219AC3c Ea, I|a, T{-1/2}. Semi conductor detector was used.
219AC c 2019Mi08: {+233}Pa produced in {+181}Ta({+48}Ca,|a2n),E=212,226 MeV
219AC2c reaction followed by separation of products using SHIP separator at
219AC3c the UNILAC accelerator facility of GSI. The evaporation residues
219AC4c (ER) and |a correlations were measured using DSSD detectors at the
219AC5c COMPASS decay spectroscopy station. Measured E|a and half-life of
219AC6c {+223}Pa decay from (ER)-|a{-1}-|a{-2}-|a{-3} correlations in 27
219AC7c decay chains: {+223}Pa|){+219}Ac|){+215}Fr.
219AC cA E$Original values from 1970Bo13 have been increased by 1 keV
219AC2cA because of a change in the calibration energies of the {+215}Po and
219AC3cA {+212}Po standard sources (1971Gr17,1977Ma31).

223PA4cP Value from 1999Ho28 is preferred as this has the highest statistics.
223PA5cP Value from 2019Mi08 is based on only 27 events. In 1970Bo13, the |a
223PA6cP peaks from the decay of {+223}Pa seem statistically weak in spectral
223PA7cP Figs. 10 and 16. Weighted average of all the five values is
223PA8cP 5.3 ms {I4}.
223PA cP J$2021Ko07 assign 9/2- based on favored |a decay to 9/2- g.s. in
223PA2cP {+219}Ac. However, with HF=7.6 {I21}, favored nature of |a decay
223PA3cP is not obvious, thus evaluators assign tentative (9/2-)
223PA cP QP$Deduced by evaluators from E|a=8178 {I6} to the g.s.
223PA2cP 2021Wa16 give 8340 {I60}, larger uncertainty assigned if 8178|a
223PA3cP feeds a level in 60-keV vicinity of the g.s.
