213FR cA           No strong |g transitions belonging to {+213}Fr were observed
213FR2cA by 1973No09. The observed 9650-keV |a has been assigned as the
213FR3cA transition to the {+213}Fr g.s. by considering the Q(|a) systematics
213FR4cA and the known levels in {+213}Fr.
213FR cA           |a angular distribution was measured by 1973No09 following
213FR2cA production of {+217}Ac in the {+207}Pb({+14}N,4n) reaction where
213FR3cA nuclear alignment is expected to be preserved during its short (69 ns)
213FR4cA half-life. The angular distribution was found to be isotropic within
213FR5cA 2%, indicating that the 9650|a has mainly L=0 component.
213FR cA HF$Using r{-0}({+213}Fr)=1.5460 {I27}, unweighted average of
213FR2cA r{-0}({+212}Rn)=1.5433 {I36} and r{-0}({+214}Ra)=1.5487 {I30}
213FR3cA (2020Si16).
