209TL CL E$1989Ko26 proposed a level at 868.3-KEV based on the observation of
209TL2CL 544.9 KEV 3 and 868.0 KEV 2 |g-rays. However, the later work of
209TL3CL 1998AR03 showed that 868|g belongs to the |b{+-} branch of 213BI,
209TL4CL rather than to its |a branch. The 544.9|g includes a contribution
209TL5CL from the double-escape peak of the 1567|g in 209TL B- decay and without
209TL6CL the parallel 868|g to define the level energy, the placement of the
209TL7CL residual component of the 544.9|g to 213BI A DECAY cannot be
209TL8CL established.
