202RN 206RA A DECAY 1996LE09,1987HE10,1967VA2224NDS 202406

202RN c 1996Le09: {+206}Ra was produced in {+175}Lu({+35}Cl,4n) at 157 MeV and
202RN2c 166 MeV. The {+175}Lu target has a thickness of 320 |mg/cm{+2}. At 157
202RN3c MeV, the cross section is the highest, 1.7 |mb. {+206}Ra was also
202RN4c produced in {+171}Yb({+40}Ar,5n) at 204 MeV with 1.7 |mb cross
202RN5c section. The residues of {+206}Ra were separated by the gas-filled
202RN6c recoil separator (RITU) and identified on the basis of spatial and
202RN7c time correlations between the parent ({+206}Ra) and the daughter
202RNxc ({+202}Rn).
202RN c 1987He10: {+206}Ra was produced in the reactions {+171}Yb({+40}Ar,5n),
202RN2c {+159}Tb({+51}V,4n) and {+154}Sm({+58}Fe,6n) with thin targets
202RN3c (200-850 |mg/cm{+2}). The residues were separated by the velocity
202RN4c filter SHIP, then passed two large-area time-of-flight detectors and
202RN5c were finally implanted into an array of seven position-sensitive
202RN6c surface-barrier detectors, where |a decay was registered. The {+206}Ra
202RN7c were identified by the spatial and time correlations between
202RN8c the parent ({+206}Ra) and the daughter ({+202}Rn).
202RN c 1967Va22: {+206}Ra was produced via {+197}Au({+19}F,10n) and
202RN2c {+206}Pb({+12}C,{+12}N). The mass-number assignment of {+206}Ra was
202RN3c made on the basis of excitation functions. Si(Au) surface-barrier
202RN4c detectors were used in the measurements. Measured E|a, T{-1/2}(|a).
202RN cA HF$r{-0}({+202}Rn)=1.529 {I4} deduced with HF(7269|a)=1.
