196PB c 1987Va09 present a composite decay scheme for the 308-s and
196PB2c 240-s isomers. The
196PB2c evaluators have attempted to separate the decay schemes on the
196PB3c basis of intensity balance and assuming that the two isomers populate
196PB4c levels with different range of spins. The 308-s isomer populating the
196PB5c low spin levels (J|<4), and 240-s isomer populating the high-spin
196PB6c levels (J|>7). The low-lying levels, however, will be seen in the
196PB7c decay of all activities, assuming (%|e + %|b{++})=0 for ground state.
196PB c Because of some unplaced |g rays the decay scheme is incomplete.

196PB3c parent is not clear. Others: 1973KhZY, 1971BrZC, 1971ChYB.
