193AT5cP half-life in 2003Ke08 was 31.8 ms {I+15-13}, but was adjusted to
193AT6cP account for assumed feeding by an E3 transition from a 27-ms (13/2+)
193AT7cP level to the (7/2-) level in the parent. See 2003Ke08 for details.
