192PT2cE imbalance at each level; g.s. feeding was determined from absolute
192PT3cE intensity of 316.5|g (see comment with I|g normalization).

192PT2cL J|p to be 3-. However, the following suggest a 2+ level also
192PT3cL at about the same energy: |a(K)exp=0.0031 {I8} for 1378|g is more
192PT4cL consistent with E2 than E3, and log| {Ift}=8.2 for the |e
192PT5cL branch to 1378 level is far too low for a second-forbidden
192PT6cL transition (log| {Ift}>11 expected); in addition, systematics, which
192PT7cL show energies for third 2+ levels smoothly increasing in
192PT8cL {+190}Pt, {+194}Pt, and {+196}Pt, predict a third 2+ level in {+192}Pt
192PT9cL at 1360 {I40} keV.
