191OS c  {+191}Re was produced by the {+192}Os(|g,p){+191}Re reaction with the
191OS2c  bremsstrahlung from 50 MeV electron beam at the JAERI, Japan. Sources
191OS3c  were obtained by chemical separation from the irradiated natural osmium
191OS4c  powder. Ge(Li), LEPS, {I|b}-anthracene scintillation counter.
191OS5c  Measured E|g, I|g, |g-|g coin, |b-|g coin, %I|g(235) by 4{|p}{I|b}.
191OS6c  Deduced level scheme, |b-feeding from I|g intensity balance at each
191OS7c  level.
191OS c
191OS c  A poor fit of the proposed |g-ray placements in the level scheme by
191OS2c  1985Ni12 along with the different placements in the adopted dataset
191OS3c  indicates that the level/decay scheme has significant problems. There
191OS4c  were too many differing cases compared to adopted dataset. Evaluator
191OS5c  cross referenced only the consistent levels with other reactions
191OS6c  with respect to spin-parity and |g-ray placements. Observational notes
191OS7c  are listed in the comments section.
191OS c
191OS c  E|b{+-}({+191}Re)=1800 keV {I200} (1953At24) - absorption measurement.
191OS cG E(X)      Reported only in 1985Ni12 ({+191}Re |b- Decay). Not adopted.
191OS cG M,MR      From Adopted Gammas, for consistent placement and spin-parity
191OS2cG assignments compared to that in the adopted dataset. See general
191OS3cG comments on this dataset.
191OS cB IB        From |g-ray intensity balance. |b-feeding to g.s, 1st, and
191OS2cB 2nd excited states are not known. In 1985Ni12, a feeding of 63 has been
191OS3cB proposed in Fig. 4. The deduced value for this dataset was 66,
191OS4cB equally divided by evaluator for three levels, uncertainty assumed to
191OS5cB be that for the beta feeding at 141.59 keV level.
191OS cL E$From a least-squares fit to E|g. |h{+2}=51.3, cf. |h{+2}{-crit}=1.6.
191OS2cL It was a poor fit, where 37 |g out of 78 differ by 3 or more sigma from
191OS3cL the calculated values. This is perhaps an indication of questionable
191OS4cL placement for some of the |g rays in the level scheme. Different
191OS5cL placement of any |g rays compared to the adopted levels are noted.
