169HO3cB understood. 1990Ch34 suggest that this may be a three quasiparticle
169HO4cB state with configuration (|p 7/2[523])~#(|n 5/2[512])~#(|n
169HO5cB 5/2[523]){+-1}, but decline to actually make that assignment.
