154PM dL E$Least-squares fitting is done by GLSC (version 28-Aug-2024)
154PM c The decay scheme, E|g, I|g are from 1993GrZZ and the measured |b{+-}
154PM2c data are from 1995Gr19 and 1997Gr09 (all by the same authors),
154PM3c unless otherwise noted. Other: 1985Ka17. Activity also
154PM4c identified by 1974Bu09. Earlier articles by the same authors as
154PM5c 1993GrZZ are 1990An31, 1988GrZY, 1987Gr12, 1986GrZW, and 1986GrZZ.
154PM D Experimental methods:
154PM c 1974Bu09: Produced by {+235}U(th n,F), followed by chemical separation.
154PM2c Established parentage.
154PM c 1985Ka17: Produced by {+235}U(th n,F), followed by isotope separation.
154PM2c Parentage of {+154}Pm (1.7 min) established; and 19 |g's reported.
154PM c 1986GrZW, 1993GrZZ: Produced by spontaneous fission of {+252}Cf,
154PM2c followed by isotope separation. |g's measured with Ge detectors.
154PM3c 50 |g's reported. (Both references are private communications.)
154PM c 1987Gr12: Produced by spontaneous fission of {+252}Cf, followed by
154PM2c isotope separation. Parent half-life and 13 |g energies reported.
154PM c 1990An31: Produced by spontaneous fission of {+252}Cf, followed by
154PM2c isotope separation. Level scheme is shown.
154PM c 1995Gr19, 1997Gr09: Produced by spontaneous fission of {+252}Cf,
154PM2c followed by isotope separation. Deduced I|b{+-} to excited states
154PM3c and ground state from total absorption |g spectra.
154PM cB $This decay scheme is given here with its lowest (1-) level shown as
154PM2cB being at 0+x keV. This level is more likely an isomer, as
154PM3cB discussed in the {+154}Pm Adopted Levels, with the
154PM3cB (4+) state as g.s. Consequently the E(decay) values are smaller by the
154PM3cB "x" value (based on the estimates in Adopted Levels this is of the
154PM3cB order of 30 keV {I10}), which also can slightly affect the log| {Ift}
154PM3cB calculations (more importantly for the higher excited levels)
154PM3cB From this reason the calculated |b-decay parameters shown in the
154PM3cB table should be used rather prudently.
154PM cB The I|b{+-} to the excited levels have been deduced,
154PM2cB independently of the |g data, from the total absorption |g
154PM3cB spectrometer, TAGS, data of 1997Gr09. When necessary, new
154PM4cB levels, called "pseudolevels", and associated decay |g's are
154PM5cB included in the analysis. Since the resolution of the TAGS
154PM6cB system is typically 50-100 keV, the intensity assigned to a
154PM7cB pseudolevel may thus represent the |b{+-} feeding to a single
154PM8cB level or to a group of levels in that region.
154PM cB IB Values are from |g intensity balances, except those
154PM2cB for the 0- and 79-keV levels, which are from measurements of
154PM3cB 1995Gr19. The I|b{+-} values from the TAGS data (1997Gr09) are
154PM4cB generally in excellent agreement with those from the intensity
154PM5cB balances. The TAGS value is given in a comment if it differs
154PM6cB by more than 10%. Since the scheme is not complete, values
154PM7cB less than 0.2% are not given. Values for
154PM8cB levels at 50, 68, and 105 keV are assumed to be 0.
154PM cB IB The pseudolevels and the associated I|b{+-} from the TAGS
154PM2cB data analysis are 1270 keV, 0.4%; 1470, 0.6; 1550, 0.8%; 1800,
154PM3cB 0.3%; and 1900, 0.3%.
154PM cG E From 1993GrZZ.
154PM cG RI From 1993GrZZ. Values have not been corrected for
154PM2cG coincidence summing, which in the worst cases could be as
154PM3cG large as 30%.
154PM cG M$Same values as the {+154}Pm Adopted Gammas, based on data of
154PM2cG 1993GrZZ, from |a{-K}(exp), from IKx/I|g ratio or from
154PM3cG |a(exp) based on intensity balances from |g|g coincidence
154PM4cG spectra.
154PM cG E(R) Existence and placement of |g is questionable.
