153PM c Sources produced as fission products in {+235}U(n,f) (1979PiZP,
153PM2c 1992TaZn, 1996Ta26) and in {+252}Cf(SF) (1993ZhZW, 1996GrZZ,
153PM3c 1996GrZY, 1993Gr17,1987Gr12 all by same group).
153PM c Decay scheme is from 1996Ta26, |g data are from 1996Ta26 and
153PM2c 1993ZhZW, and added |b- branches from 1997Gr09. Although not
153PM3c stated explicitly, it appears that the placements of all |g's
153PM4c in 1996Ta26 are supported by |g|g coincidences; the |g|g
153PM5c coincidences shown in the scheme are reported by 1993ZhZW.
153PM c Although level scheme is detailed and fairly complete, there are
153PM2c discrepancies between log| {Ift} values and their accepted limits
153PM2c based on the |DJ,|D|p of the |b branches which denote
153PM2c inconsistencies in |g feedings
153PM cB $In table comments: I|b{+-} calculated upper limits (90% confidence
153PM2cB level) estimated by program GTOL using two methods suggested by
153PM2cB Louis Lyons (in "Statistics for Nuclear and Particle Physicists",
153PM2cB Cambridge University Press, 1986) when the calculated net feeding
153PM2cB based on measured |g balance overlaps zero within three standard
153PM2cB deviations
153PM cB $According to TAGS analysis (1997Gr09) about 5% of |b decay
153PM2cB instensity comes from excitation energy range 1400-2800, of which
153PM2cB about 3% from above 2060 (highest excitation energy level)
153PM cB IB Total absorption |g-ray spectrometer measurements give
153PM2cB      the sum of the I{-|b-} to levels below 250 keV as 71.5% {I19}
153PM3cB (1997Gr09).
153PM3dB      This result was used to determine I|b{+-}(0.0)=67% in 2006He06;
153PM3dB however Helmer did not explain how he got 67% out of 71.5%
153PM3dB so in this evaluation was used 68% from 1996Ta26
153PM cB IB From total absorption |g-ray spectrometer (TAGS) spectra,
153PM2cB the |b- decay intensity as a function of the excitation energy
153PM3cB has been deduced (1997Gr09) independent of the |g-ray intensity
153PM4cB balances. These data imply |b- decay to new levels in several
153PM5cB energy regions where there are no levels from the |g-ray data.
153PM6cB For the levels populated by |b's, the I|b{+-}'s are from
153PM7cB |g-ray intensity balances, but if the TAGS results differ
153PM8cB significantly, they are noted in a comment.
153PM cB LOGFT The uncertainties do not take into account the
153PM2cB incompleteness of the decay scheme.
153PM cG The unplaced |g's are all from 1993ZhZW; the failure of
153PM2cG 1996Ta26 to report them may suggest they do not belong to
153PM3cG this decay.
153PM cG E From weighted average of data of 1996Ta26 (115 |g's) and
153PM2cG 1993ZhZW (70 |g's). (The weighting is complicated by fact that
153PM3cG many reported uncertainties are given to only one digit and is
153PM4cG 1 or 2).
153PM cG RI From 1996Ta26; other: 1993ZhZW. Where values from 1996Ta26
153PM2cG and 1993ZhZW are grossly different, this is noted.
