149CE2c half-life of the 133.5 level, and intrinsic electric dipole moments

149CE c Total decay energy deposit of 6.40 MeV {I70} calculated by RADLIST
149CE2c code is in agreement with the expected value of 6.45 MeV {I20}
149CE3c (2021Wa16). However the decay scheme is considered as incomplete in
149CE4c view of a large gap of about 4 MeV between Q(|b{+-}) value and the
149CE5c highest known populated level at 1868.8 keV
149CE cB IB$Deduced by the evaluators from intensity balance,
149CE2cB using theoretical conversion coefficients for assumed multipolarity
149CE3cB assignments. Values given by 2002Sy01 and some of the revised
149CE4cB values (2002SyZY) are given under comments, when different.
149CE5cB Since there is a gap of about 4 MeV between Q value and the last
149CE6cB known populated level at 1868.8, there remains the likelihood of
149CE7cB missing transitions and levels above 1868.8. Thus all the I|b values,
149CE8cB especially weak feedings (<5% or so), should be treated as upper
149CE9cB limits; and associated Log {Ift} values as lower limits.
