78Zn isotope identified and produced in fission: 1977Al17, 1981Ru07 (chemical separation), 1980Wo08 (mass separation)
1997Hu09: 238U(p,F) E=25 MeV; measured fission yield
2007Ib01: 238U(γ,F), bremsstrahlung beam produced by 500 MeV electron beam. The 78Zn isotope formed in abundance.
Mass measurements (penning-trap method): 2008Ha23 (JYFLTRAP at JYFL), 2008Ba54 (ISOLTRAP-CERN)
