E(level): For levels populated in γ-ray studies are from least squares fit to Eγ’s. In other cases weighted average of available values has been taken
Jπ(level): Below 850 keV, spin and parity assignments are mainly based on decay properties of levels and Hauser-Feshbach analysis in (p,nγ). Above 850 keV, Jπ’s are from L transfers in (3He,d) from 9/2+ target (73Ge g.s.) and (p,d) from 3/2- target (75As g.s.).
