General Comments:
Nonexistence determined in Ta(40Ar,X) by 1985La03. Unstable to g.s. neutron decay. Confirmed by 2013Mo12 via single proton removal reaction from beam of 22N at 68MeV/u. Three-body model calculation suggests that 22C is bound by less than 70 keV.
