Uncertainties estimated by 2003Au03: 200 for Q(β-); 260 for S(n); 450 for S(p), and 450 for Q(α).
Nuclide was produced by fragmentation of a 197Au pulsed beam (E=187 GeV) on beryllium targets using GSI synchrotron (1999Be63). 191W was identified with the GSI projectile-fragment magnetic separator and energy-loss measurement with ionization chambers.
