General Comments:

Levels: band(d) 3/2[521]~#(ν 5/2[642])2, α=-1/2 band (1999Cr01). 3/2[521] band not observed at frequencies below the first neutron alignment.

Levels: band(a) 5/2[523], α=-1/2 band (1999Sm13). See comment with (ν 5/2[523])#(ν 5/2[642])2 α=-1/2 band concerning J=23/2, 27/2 states.

Levels: band(b) 5/2[642], α=-1/2 band (1999Cr01). Becomes a three quasineutron structure at highest spins following (ν 5/2[642])(ν 7/2[633]) crossing (at h\|`|w≈0.38 MeV).

Q-value: Note: Current evaluation has used the following Q record

Q-value: ΔQ(β)=480, ΔS(n)=360, ΔS(p)=260, ΔQ(α)=230 (1995Au04).
