E(level): From a least-squares fit to Eγ data. Uncertainty of 0.5 or 1 keV is assigned for Eγ values from (45Sc,4nγ) only for fitting purpose.

Jπ(level): The assignments for the excited states are from 2004Sc14, based on multipolarity assignments primarily from γγ(θ)(DCO) data in 139La(30Si,4nγ), and some from γ(θ) data in 153Eu(16O,4nγ), rotational band structures, and model predictions (for band heads at low-lying levels). Since firm assignments for bandheads seem lacking, evaluators have placed all the assignments in parentheses.

T1/2(level): For excited states, the values are from differential decay curve method (DDCM) in recoil-distance measurements in 139La(30Si,4nγ) reaction (2005An04) , unless otherwise stated

E(γ): From (31P,4nγ) (same values in (19F,4nγ)) or (30Si,4nγ), unless otherwise noted. Values from (31P,4nγ) and (30Si,4nγ) are in very good agreement and the one with higher precision is adopted for each transition where applicable. For SD bands, most values are from 139La(30Si,4nγ).

I(γ): Weighted average of all the available data of comparable precision. Large uncertainties imply that the values available from (31P,4nγ) and (19F,4nγ) have a fairly large deviation.

M(γ): From DCO ratios in heavy-ion reactions such as (30Si,4nγ) and (16O,4nγ), mult=Q corresponds to ΔJ=2, stretched quadrupole (most likely E2) transition and mult=d corresponds to ΔJ=1, dipole (small quadrupole admixture is possible). The mult=E2 is from DCO ratio and application of RUL for levels of known lifetimes
