General Comments:

Produced and identified by 1989Bo03 (1988NeZZ), proton-induced spallation in a molten-La or by fission of U targets, collinear laser spectroscopy, hfs and isotope shift studies, ISOLDE facility; see 2013Ka01

Measurement of atomic mass: 2009Ne11; ISOLTRAP.

β- decay and delayed neutron emission have been measured by 2003Be05 at the PSB-ISOLDE facility, UC2/graphite target, E(p)=1.0, 1.4 GeV.

Q-value: ΔS(p)=500 (syst, 2012Wa38)

Q-value: ΔQ(α)=500 (syst, 2012Wa38)

Q-value: Q(β-n)=4030 27 (2012Wa38)

Isotope shift measurements: 1989Bo03, 1988NeZZ (the same group) relative to 136Xe; δ<r2>=1.100 fm2 5 [100], square brackets give the errors due to uncertainties in the SMS and the electronic factor F.
