General Comments:

Theory: 1996Af03

Magnetic dipole rotational bands properties summarized in 2000Am02

High-spin and rotational band assignments are from the comprehensive work in 1997Pe06.

The quadrupole moment of the highly deformed band I was measured by 1992Mu09: 4.5 5, which gives β2=0.22 3. Quadrupole moments for each level of the band have been reported in 1997Pe06.
