E(level): From a least-squares fit to the adopted Eγ’s by the evaluators. Uncertainty of 1 keV is assumed when no uncertainty is given.
Jπ(level): From band structure obtained in (HI,xnγ), unless otherwise noted. Bandhead spin and parity values are taken from systematics or determined from DCO ratios of linking transitions to band members with known spins.
M(γ): From suggested multipolarities in (HI,xnγ). Probable values, based mostly on weak arguments. Dipole or quadrupole character is based on DCO values where DCO values are given in comment. DCO values of 0.5 and 1 are expected for stretched dipole and stretched quadrupole transitions, respectively. The multipole order of the other transitions, as well as their electric or magnetic character is based on band structures and assigned configurations.
