Jπ(level): Based on deduced γ-ray transition multipolarities using DCO ratios (1997La13), apparent band structures and systematics
E(γ): From 54Fe(59Co,2pn), 56Fe(58Ni,3pn) (1997La13).
M(γ): From measured DCO ratios, obtained gating on intense stretched E2 transitions at band 1, but authors did not provide the numerical values. Stretched quadrupole transitions are assumed to be E2, stretched dipole transitions to be E1
