Database version of May 10, 2024
The NSR database
is a bibliography of nuclear physics articles, indexed according to content and spanning
more than 100 years of research. Over 80 journals are checked
on a regular basis for articles to be included.
For more information, see the help page.
The NSR database schema and Web applications have undergone some recent changes.
This is a revised version of the NSR Web Interface.
An updated version of the NSR interface is currently in beta!
You can find it here.
Archive files from previous versions of NSR can be found here.

New α-Emitting Isotope 214U and Abnormal Enhancement of α-Particle Clustering in Lightest Uranium Isotopes
RADIOACTIVITY 214,216,218U(α) [from 180,182W(36Ar, 4n), 184W(40Ca, 2nα), E<200 MeV]; measured decay products, Eα, Iα; deduced α-decay Q-values and reduced widths, T1/2, abnormal enhancement by the strong monopole interaction between the valence protons and neutrons. Comparison withavailable data, calculations.
