Shell evolution beyond N=40: 69, 71, 73Cu

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 238U(76Ge, X)69Cu/71Cu/73Cu, E=577 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, yields of reaction products level half-lives by RDDS method using AGATA demonstrator array coupled to PRISMA spectrometer at Tandem-XTU and ALPI LINAC facilities at LNL, Legnaro. 69,71,73Cu; deduced levels, J, π, B(E2), configuration. Comparison with the state-of-the-art shell-model calculations.

Collective nature of low-lying excitations in 70, 72, 74Zn from lifetime measurements using the AGATA spectrometer demonstrator

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 238U(76Ge, X), E=577 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, (ion)γ-coin, level half-lives of first 2+, 4+ and 6+ states by recoil-distance Doppler shift method using a plunger device, AGATA array and PRISMA magnetic spectrometer at INFN, Legnaro facility. 70,72,74Zn, 76Ge; deduced levels, J, π, B(E2). Comparison with previous experimental studies, and with the state-of-the-art shell-model calculations. Discussed need for new measurements of level half-lives.
