States built on the 9/2⁺ isomers in ^{91, 93}Y

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁷³Yb(²⁴Mg, X), E=134.5 MeV;¹⁷⁶Yb(²³Na, X), E=129 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin. ^91,93Y deduced transition scheme, levels, J, π, isomeric states excitation. Deduced nuclear levels systematics around Yb using present work and data.
