Relativistic Coulomb excitation of 88Kr
NUCLEAR REACTIONS 197Au(88Kr, 88Kr'), E=128 MeV/nucleon, [secondary 88Kr beam from 9Be(238U, F), E=650 MeV/nucleon, followed by separation of fragments using FRS separator at GSI]; measured scattered particles, Eγ, (particle)γ-coin using PreSPEC Ge-detector array of EUROBALL Cluster for γ detection and Lund-York-Cologne Calorimeter (LYCCA) for ion detection. 88Kr; deduced levels, B(E2) and B(M1) for second and third 2+ states, mixed-symmetric nature of the third 2+ state. Comparison with IBM-2 model calculations. Systematics of energies, B(E2) and B(M1) for the first and third 2+ states for 88Kr, 90Sr, 92Zr, 94Mo, 96Ru, 98Pd.
