Doppler shift attenuation method used for lifetime determination. Comparison to large basis shell-model (LBSM) calculations performed with the code NUSHELLX. Systematics of positive-parity quadrupole bands structure in 82Kr, 86Zr, 84Sr. Indian National Gamma Array (INGA) consisting of 14 Compton suppressed HPGe detectors at the Pelletron Linac Facility (Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai).
