Low-spin states in 80Ge populated in the β decay of the 80Ga 3- isomer
RADIOACTIVITY 80mGa(β-)[from decay of 80Zn produced in U(n, F), E=fast neutrons at the ISOLDE-CERN facility, followed by separation of fission fragments passed using the ISOLDE Resonance Ionization Laser Ion Source (RILIS) and high-resolution magnetic separator]; measured Eγ, Iγ, βγ- and γγ-coin using two HPGe detectors for γ rays and an NE111A organic plastic scintillator for β detection. 80Ge; deduced levels, J, π, β feedings, logft. Comparison with previous experimental results, and with shell-model and IBM calculations.
NUCLEAR STRUCTURE 70,72,74,76,78,80,82Ge, 82Se, 84Kr, 86Sr, 88Zr, 90Mo; calculated energies of second 0+ states by shell-model using Antoine code with JUN45 interaction, and NUSHELLX@MSU code with jj44bpn interaction, and IBM-1, IBM-2 models, and comparison with experimental values; Systematics of low-lying positive-parity levels up to 8+.
