Comparison with shell-model calculations incorporating particle-hole configurations, available data. The TRIple PLunger for EXotic beams (TRIPLEX) device and the Gamma-Ray Energy Tracking In-beam Nuclear Array (GRETINA) at the Coupled Cyclotron Facility at the National Superconducting Cyclotron Laboratory (NSCL).
