NUCLEAR REACTIONS ²⁰⁴Hg(⁹Be, 4n), E=62 MeV; measured Eγ, γγ-coin, Iγ(θ), linear polarisation. ²⁰⁹Po deduced high spin levels J, π, half-life. Comparison with shell model calculations.
