GOSIA analysis of Coulomb excitation yields. Comparison with predictions of beyond-mean-field (BMF) model, interacting boson model (IBM), general Bohr Hamiltonian (GBH) model, phenomenological two-level mixing model, and with previous measurement of mean-square charge radii.
