Spectroscopy of 19Ne for the thermonuclear 15O(α, γ)19Ne and 18F(p, α)15O reaction rates

Relevance to uncertainties in thermonuclear rates of the 15O(α, γ)19Ne and 18F(p, α)15O reactions of astrophysical interest.
