RADIOACTIVITY 180Tl(β+), (EC)[from U(p, X), E=1.4 GeV; measured electron-, positron-, α-, and fission-fragment spectra, Eγ, Iγ, γγ-, γ(ce)-coin, half-life at CERN-ISOLDE facility, resonant laser-ionization technique for source extraction. 180Tl; measured half-life of g.s.; deduced branching ratios, J, π of g.s. 180Hg; deduced levels, J, π, E0 transitions, multipolarity. Comparison with level schemes of 182,184,196Hg. Systematics of level energies of even A=174-206 Hg nuclei up to 12+.

Viola systematics of total kinetic energies vs fissility parameter for 180Hg and heavier actinides.
